Shipping policy

All online orders are currently being shipping from New Zealand and wholesale orders are shipped directly out of Fiji. We hope to have additional overseas distribution centres set up with the first of them based out of the United States.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are shipped out the next business day with a delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days for domestic orders and international orders can be advised on request as per the destination country. 

Shipping Costs (NZD)
New Zealand orders under $200 will incur a delivery charge of $7.50. Orders over $200 will be free delivery within New Zealand up to a 3kg limit. 

International shipments will be updated as there have been changes with oil and service cost increases. We will also be updating international shipping costs once we finalise overseas distribution centres in strategic locations. If you are unsure if we are able to ship to your country, please contact us first.
